FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions about coaching or psychedelic integration?
It is completely understandable if you would like to know more about my support first. Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions about coaching, introductory conversations and the integration of psychedelic experiences.
Introductory conversations and coaching
Is the introductory conversation free and without obligation?
+
Yes. During the introductory conversation, we briefly discuss what you are struggling with, what you are looking for and whether my approach feels right for you. Afterwards, you can take your time to decide whether you would like to continue.
Do I need to know exactly what I need help with beforehand?
+
No. It is enough to notice that you feel stuck or would like something to change. Together, we explore what is happening and what a suitable first step might be.
What does a coaching programme look like?
+
A coaching programme develops around your question and personal process. Depending on what is helpful, we combine conversation and reflection with body awareness, meaning-making and practical steps in everyday life.
Is your support the same as psychological treatment?
+
No. My support is coaching and does not replace medical, psychiatric or specialist psychological treatment. If another form of support would be more appropriate, I will discuss this openly with you.
Do I need to be interested in spirituality?
+
No. You decide which language and perspectives are helpful for your process. There is space for intuition, symbolism, meaning and spirituality if these are relevant to you.
Psychedelic integration
What does psychedelic integration mean?
+
Psychedelic integration means exploring what a psychedelic experience means to you and how its insights can be connected with your everyday life, relationships, choices and actions.
When can integration support be helpful?
+
It may be helpful when an experience has made a strong impression, raised questions or offered valuable insights that you would like to understand and integrate more fully.
Do you also provide support during a psychedelic experience?
+
No. I support people after a psychedelic experience. I do not organise ceremonies or psychedelic sessions, and I do not provide or sell substances.
Does it matter which substance was involved?
+
My support focuses not on the substance, but on your experience and what it has set in motion. This may, for example, involve an experience with psilocybin, magic mushrooms or truffles, MDMA, ayahuasca or LSD.
Do you advise on substances or dosages?
+
No. I do not advise on choosing, obtaining or dosing psychedelic substances.
