Psychedelic integration support Wageningen
The experience is not the destination
A guided psychedelic experience can set a great deal in motion. But the experience itself does not automatically lead to lasting change. Integration is the process of exploring what you experienced, what it means to you and how its insights can become part of your everyday life
Psychedelic integration support Wageningen:
from experience to lasting change
My support focuses not only on the experience itself, but on what it means for your life now. Together, we explore how you can deepen and organise your insights, and gradually bring them into your relationships, work and everyday patterns.
01. The experience
We begin with your experience. What did you see, feel, think or understand during the session? Without judgement, we make space for everything that emerged.
02. Exploration
Together, we explore the themes, patterns or questions that arose. What affected you most? What might it reveal about where you are in your life right now?
03. Meaning
We look at what the experience may mean for your relationships, work, self-image and spiritual life. What inner change might it be inviting you to make?
04. Action
We turn your insights into realistic steps. What could you begin doing or practising differently, so the experience can genuinely influence the way you live?
05. Integration
We explore how you can make these new insights part of your everyday life. This allows the experience to contribute to lasting change, rather than remaining a powerful but temporary moment.
Silence as an anchor
Some experiences cannot immediately be put into words. Silence and simple meditation can help you reconnect with images, feelings, physical sensations or key phrases that emerged during the experience and may serve as an anchor or point of reference.

We do not use these moments to recreate the experience, but to explore what still needs attention and how you can carry it into your everyday life.
Support following different kinds of experiences
A psychedelic experience may take place in a guided session, ceremony or therapeutic programme involving substances such as psilocybin, magic mushrooms or truffles, MDMA, ayahuasca or LSD.

Although every experience is different, similar questions may arise afterwards: What did I experience? What does it mean to me? And how can I give these insights a lasting place in my life?

My support therefore focuses not on the substance, but on your experience and what it has set in motion. Together, we explore what needs attention and translate your insights into meaning, choices and action.
Ways we can work together
Individual integration sessions
For anyone who has taken part in one or more guided sessions and would like professional support in understanding and integrating what they experienced.
Integration programme
Â
A series of sessions spread over several weeks or months. This gives us time to explore important themes more deeply and gradually translate them into your everyday life.
In-depth support
Â
For when a psychedelic experience has brought broader themes to the surface. The experience may be the starting point, but it does not have to remain the central focus.

We can continue working with patterns, relationships, life choices, work, body awareness, meaning and personal development.
